I'm one of those people that has spent a lifetime standing around a chair cutting hair, walking my dogs and generally dealing with hectic schedules. As a result, since I've aged, my high arches, insteps, narrow and bony feet have begun to give me tremendous pain. I bought these runners hoping that they would make my days easier and they have. And I walk the dog , still run about and yes with some discomfort but nothing as bad as for the past years and overtime and I swear they have lessened the pain and made a huge difference, and they look cool.
